The candidate
We are looking for an experienced paid search account manager to join our growing paid search division. The candidate will have at least 2 years paid search experience working either client or agency side and have experience working across the full spectrum of core paid search techniques. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be commercially savvy in addition to having brilliant organisational, reporting and budget management skills. Career development is extremely important to I Spy and the successful candidate will have fantastic opportunities to move up within the company and work with some wonderful clients including, Radisson Edwardian, Avon, QVC, Jobsite and Waterstone’s. Key job roles
• Delivering outstanding Paid Search results for all clients within set KPIs • Develop and manage senior level relationships with clients • Providing account management of the highest level for business-critical clients, including strategy, communication and proactive optimisation • Building long-term, profitable relationships with all clients and developing their accounts in line with objectives • Cross-selling other I Spy services to clients where appropriate, ensuring these are integrated with Paid Search Activity • Contributing to and attending new business meetings • Performing required tasks to an accurate, high standard within internal and client deadlines at all times • Acting as a ‘team player’ within the Paid Search team and wider organisation • Demonstrating clear buy-in to I Spy values and business plan

Required skills/knowledge
• Strong paid search experience • Ability to achieve results for clients • Strong data analysis, numerical, research and organizational skills • Good communicator -written English preferred
